Effective date: August 29, 2026
Court Helper for CourtReserve ("the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps members of clubs using the CourtReserve scheduling platform see when event registration opens and, optionally, complete their own registration at that time. This policy describes exactly what data the extension reads, stores, and transmits.
On app.courtreserve.com pages that you open yourself, the extension
reads page content needed for its features: event names, dates, times,
availability status, waitlist positions, registration-opening countdowns, your
organization (club) names and IDs, and the calendar's category filter names and
colors.
This information is processed locally in your browser and stored
only in Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on
your own computer. It is never transmitted to the developer or
to any server operated by the developer — the developer runs no servers for this
extension.
All of this remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the extension.
If — and only if — you choose to purchase and activate the optional premium tier, the extension communicates with our payment provider, Dodo Payments, over HTTPS:
Dodo Payments processes this data under its own privacy policy (dodopayments.com/privacy-policy). No other data is transmitted anywhere. The extension contains no analytics, no tracking, no cookies, and no advertising.
You can remove any scheduled registration from the extension popup at any time. Uninstalling the extension deletes all locally stored data. To delete the license information held by Dodo Payments, deactivate your license in the extension's Premium section (this also frees the activation seat).
If data practices change, this page will be updated before the corresponding extension version is published, and the effective date above will be revised.
